Due to the immediate, digital, and irrevocable nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed and the product download link is made available.
When you purchase a digital collection from us, you receive instant access to download the files. Unlike physical goods, there is no way to “return” a digital product to us. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:
You have changed your mind after purchase.
You purchased a product by mistake.
You do not have the correct software to use the product.
You no longer have a need for the product.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the product descriptions, previews, and file specifications on each collection’s page before completing a purchase.
While all sales are final, we do make exceptions in the following specific cases:
Technical Issues: If a file in a collection is corrupted, missing, or technically unusable, and we are unable to provide you with a working version within a reasonable timeframe after you contact support, you may be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once due to a technical glitch in the payment process, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team at support@pixour.com within 14 days of your purchase and provide evidence of the issue .
Our team will investigate your claim. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the issue is not with our product or if the claim is fraudulent.
